Sana Day Spa Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
At Sana Day Spa, we honor your time, the energy of our practitioners, and the healing space we create together. Life happens, and when it does, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies:
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
More than two reschedules for the same appointment may require a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot.
Emergencies? We understand — please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate with compassion.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge.
No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Repeat no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.
Deposits & Payments
Deposits may be required for high-demand services or after repeat changes.
All deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled late or missed.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to honor the next guest’s time. Full payment is still required.
Retail Products
Unused and unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase.
Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Used/opened products are final sale, unless there is a defect or reaction.
Skin Sensitivities
If you experience a reaction or allergy, stop use immediately and contact us within 7 days.
We’re happy to offer a refund or store credit for the affected item. A photo or brief description may be requested.
Digital Products & Wellness Plans
All digital sales (PDFs, guides, email content) are final.
