Sana Day Spa Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

At Sana Day Spa, we understand that life happens — and sometimes plans need to shift. We value your time, our therapists' time, and the healing space we've created for you. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review and honor the following policy:

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

  • More than two reschedules for the same appointment may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot going forward.

  • If you’re experiencing an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible — we’re human too and will always try to work with compassion.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% service charge.

  • No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

  • Repeat no-shows may result in the loss of booking privileges.

Deposits & Payment

  • A deposit may be required for high-demand services or repeat reschedules.

  • Deposits are applied to your total service and are non-refundable if canceled late or missed.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to respect the next guest’s appointment.

  • Full payment is still required for the originally scheduled time.
